YOUR SESSION WITH  DANI

YOUR SENIOR YEAR IS HERE

Congratulations, Senior ✨

You made it! After years of hard work, late nights, football games, school dances, friendships, and unforgettable memories, your senior year is finally here.

This once-in-a-lifetime season deserves to be celebrated and remembered with senior portraits that are as unique as you are.

As a Kansas City senior photographer, I believe high school senior photography should be more than just a yearbook photo. Your senior pictures should capture your personality, style, confidence, accomplishments, and the excitement of this milestone before you begin your next chapter. Whether you're an athlete, musician, artist, academic achiever, or simply excited for what's ahead, your senior portrait session should tell your story.

My goal is to create a senior photography experience that feels fun, relaxed, stylish, and completely personalized from start to finish. Whether you envision downtown Kansas City senior photos, golden-hour portraits in open fields, modern editorial-inspired images, or a location that holds special meaning to you, we'll create a session that reflects who you are and what makes this season of life so memorable.

This is your year. Your story. Your moment to shine. And I cannot wait to create something unforgettable with you.

The Senior Portrait Experience

Your senior session is designed to be more than just taking photos. It is a personalized high school senior photography experience created around your personality, interests, and style. From the moment you book, I will guide you through every step of the process, making your Kansas City senior portrait experience fun, relaxed, and exciting.

Together, we will plan locations, outfits, and creative details that help tell your story. Whether you have a complete vision for your senior pictures or need help bringing ideas to life, I will work with you to create authentic and meaningful images that celebrate this unforgettable milestone. Because your senior year deserves more than ordinary photos. It deserves an experience and portraits you will treasure for years to come.

What's Included:

Personalized Planning

We’ll plan the perfect session together — from location ideas and outfit coordination to choosing the overall vibe and style of your photos. Whether you’re drawn to downtown Kansas City, nature trails, golden fields, modern architecture, or a mix of locations, I’ll help bring your vision to life.

Multiple Locations

Your session includes multiple locations to give your gallery variety and personality. This allows us to create a mix of editorial, casual, modern, and natural images throughout your session.

Outfit Changes

Senior sessions include 3-4 outfit changes so you can showcase different styles and looks. From casual and trendy to elevated and dressy, your gallery will feel diverse and uniquely you.

A Relaxed & Fun Experience

Don’t worry if you’ve never been in front of a professional camera before. I’ll guide you through natural posing and movement the entire time so your images feel confident, effortless, and authentic.

Hand-Edited Images

Every image in your final gallery is professionally hand-edited with care and attention to detail to ensure your photos look polished while still feeling natural and timeless.

Online Gallery & Prints

Your final images will be delivered through a personal online gallery where you can easily download, share, and order professional-quality prints directly from your gallery.

Graduation Announcements & Party Invites

As a photographer and graphic designer, I also offer custom graduation announcements and senior party invitation designs to perfectly match your senior portraits and style. Choose a package that includes the design, or add-on À la cart.

This experience is all about celebrating YOU and creating images that you’ll look back on for years to come.

Make it Uniquely You

The best senior portraits aren't about perfect poses or trendy locations—they're about capturing who you are right now, in this once-in-a-lifetime season of life.

Whether that's bringing along your letter jacket, showcasing your favorite sport, playing the instrument you've spent years mastering, including your horse, dog, or truck, or proudly wearing the college shirt of the next chapter you're about to begin, I want your session to tell your story. The little details that make you who you are today are often the things you'll cherish most years from now.

This is your opportunity to celebrate everything you've accomplished and everything that's ahead. Your senior session should feel personal, meaningful, and completely authentic to you. Together, we'll create images that not only look beautiful but reflect your passions, personality, and the memories that made your high school years unforgettable.

Senior Session Checklist

A little preparation goes a long way! Use this checklist to help you look and feel your best on session day.

✓ Get Plenty of Sleep

Aim for a good night's rest leading up to your session. Well-rested eyes and a relaxed smile always photograph beautifully.

✓ Stay Hydrated

Drink plenty of water in the days before your session. Healthy, hydrated skin helps create a natural glow.

✓ Plan Your Outfits

Bring 3-4 outfits that represent your personality and style. Consider a variety of looks such as:

• Casual everyday wear

• A dressier outfit

• School or college apparel

• Something that showcases your hobbies, interests, or achievements

✓ Try Everything On

Make sure your outfits fit comfortably and are free of wrinkles. This is also a great time to coordinate shoes, accessories, and any special items you plan to bring.

✓ Haircut Timing

For the guys, schedule haircuts about a week before your session so everything looks natural and settled.

✓ Hair & Makeup

If you're wearing makeup, consider applying it slightly heavier than your everyday look since cameras naturally soften makeup. Professional hair and makeup are always welcome but never required.

✓ Self-Tanner Tips

If you use self-tanner, apply it several days before your session and avoid trying a new product right before photo day.

✓ Don't Forget the Details

Remove hair ties from your wrists, clean your glasses if you wear them, and make sure nails are neat if they'll be visible in photos.

✓ Bring What Makes You, YOU

Your senior session should tell your story. Consider bringing:

• Sports equipment or uniforms

• Letter jackets

• Musical instruments

• Dance attire

• College gear

• Your vehicle

• Your pet

• Hobby-related items

• Anything meaningful to your high school journey

✓ Relax & Have Fun

The most important thing you can bring is yourself. You don't need to know how to pose or what to do in front of the camera—I’ll guide you every step of the way.

THE DETAILS THAT TELL YOUR STORY

Your senior session should reflect who you are. Whether it's a letter jacket, sports equipment, musical instrument, college gear, favorite vehicle, sunglasses, or even a beloved pet, these personal details help tell your story and celebrate the things that have shaped this chapter of your life. Years from now, these images will serve as a reminder not only of what you looked like, but of the passions, accomplishments, and memories that made your senior year uniquely yours.

The little details you bring today become the memories you'll treasure tomorrow.

cap & gown mini

Tassels, Triumphs & Tiny Celebrations

The cap and gown photos always hit a little differently. After months of anticipation, college decisions, final exams, and counting down the days until graduation, this is the moment when it all starts to feel real.

Once your cap and gown arrive toward the end of the school year, you can book a Cap & Gown Mini Session to celebrate this incredible milestone. These short and sweet sessions are perfect for capturing graduation announcements, social media posts, and keepsake portraits before you walk across the stage.

Cap & Gown Mini Sessions can be booked separately as a Mini Session, or are included complimentary with The Signature Senior Experience. It's the perfect way to complete your senior year story and celebrate everything you've accomplished before the next chapter begins.

The Investment

Your senior year is a once in a lifetime milestone, and your portraits are more than just photographs. They are a way to preserve the memories, achievements, and moments that define this chapter of your story.
